Our psychology team attend training programs, seminars and conferences to ensure they have cutting edge knowledge, skills and therapeutic style.

 

To this end, we often rely on each other to provide additional support and guidance in working with clients.

 

We provide backup if a Psychologist is on leave, sick or attending training, to ensure your care is not interrupted or delayed.

 Dr Vanessa Winchester

Clinical Psychologist

Vanessa is a Clinical Psychologist and works with adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families. She has a particular interest in adolescent issues, including school to work/university transition, peer group conflict, parental conflict and self-esteem. In addition, she has worked extensively with Queensland Health, providing clinical counselling with young people and their families effected by alcohol and drug abuse.

 Emma-Kate Muir

Registered Psychologist

Emma-Kate is a Registered Psychologist working with a variety of clients, including people with disabilities, injuries, illnesses, unemployed persons and athletes. Her areas of experience incorporate management of depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, self-esteem, relationship and conflict issues, anger management, vocational guidance, men’s health, illness management, alcohol and drug use, weight management and performance coaching.

 Dr Michelle Vickers

Registered Psychologist

Michelle is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and personal circumstances. Michelle will work with those struggling with daily challenges, to those needing help with long term or chronic issues. Michelle draws on a toolbox of different therapeutic approaches to find what would best suit each individual client. She will discuss and adjust the approach as required to achieve her client’s goals.

 Hannah Copeland

Registered Psychologist

Hannah is a Registered Psychologist who has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours I) and a Master of Clinical Psychology. Hannah uses a transdiagnostic approach and utilises a range of evidence-based frameworks in her practice. She has experience in treatment of mental health and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship distress, PTSD, OCD and personality disorders.

 Jordan Huselton

Registered Psychologist

With empathy and compassion, Jordan works collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. Jordan believes that lasting change is fostered by providing a warm and supportive space. Her approach is client-centred and holistic, drawing from evidence-based practices to explore each clients’ story nonjudgmentally. Jordan works with individuals experiencing personality difficulties and disorders and with gender issues across the lifespan.

 Kirryn Chamberlain

Registered Psychologist

Kirryn is a Registered Psychologist who has a passion and dedication to helping people with their life struggles, mental health concerns and assisting them to work towards their goals. Kirryn’s main areas of interest includes helping people from adolescents to adults in addressing numerous concerns, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, stress, relationship struggles, substance use, trauma, self-esteem, weight management and parenting issues.

 Louise Wholton

Provisionally Registered Psychologist and DBT Life Skills Coach

Louise is an engaging and compassionate Provisional Psychologist with a passion for working with people of all age groups and backgrounds. Louise has a keen interest in trauma-informed care and developing personal resilience through knowledge and growth. She is passionate about working with individuals and families to achieve their goals through individualised and collaborative treatment.

 Jessica Wrench

Provisionally Registered Psychologist

Jessica is a provisionally registered psychologist who applies a CBT focus in her care for clients and has a special interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety and depression.  Jessica is empathetic and warm in her approach to therapy and recognises the importance of mental health wellness.

 Caley Redstall

Provisionally Registered Psychologist

Caley is a provisionally registered psychologist completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology Honours) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Caley’s main area of interest includes helping adolescents to adults in addressing their concerns through a strengths-based and collaborative approach.

 

Our Reception team

Our Reception team, provides much valued reception support and direction for both administration and accounts payable departments.

 

Kim, Melissa, Ellen, Ally and Amy are our receptionists at our Strathlink consult rooms. Peter manages our accounts department.

 

Kim, Melissa, Ellen, Ally and Amy are always approachable and willing to discuss any client feedback, suggestions or concerns.
