Dr Vanessa values supporting her community of other helping professionals through training and education activities (workshops, seminars, workplace activities) and supporting the community in learning about mental wellness and psychological growth.

Investing in the development of future Psychologists
Dr Vanessa provides peer consultation, supervision, debriefing and support for Psychologists, GPs and other health professionals. She feels strongly about the importance of giving back to the community and investing in the development of future Psychologists so that all people are able to access quality mental health care.
Dr Vanessa is an accredited and Board-approved Psychologist supervisor, providing support, guidance and supervision for new career Psychologists and students completing their Masters of Clinical Psychology program. She also offers Provisional Psychology students externship placements in the clinic.
Professional supervision & peer support
Dr Vanessa Winchester, Emma-Kate Muir and Dr Deanne Armstrong are STAP trained to provide Board accredited Psychologists supervision and welcome the opportunity to support other professionals in their career. Dr Vanessa Winchester also provides Clinical Registrar supervision for Clinical Endorsement.
